Requisiti: You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Experience:
-At least 3 years of experience in the following areas:
-- Transformation and modernization of IT environments and IT operations in Public Cloud.
-- Design and implementation of solutions, management services, and operational models on Cloud Computing technologies, with a focus on Native Cloud and PaaS.
-- Client-facing activities, with an attitude for business development, sales engagement leadership and commitment, direct communication and relationship management with CxO level.
-- Proactive approach to propose modernization on cloud, understand market and customers business requirements, define cloud transformation strategy
-- Business Case Development: create compelling business cases for modernization projects, including ROI analysis and risk evaluation
Required Skills:
-Relevant certifications for one or more of the three hyperscalers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google).
-Expertise in containerization platforms (Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Suse Rancher, Docker, VMware Tanzu), methodologies (DevSecOps, GitOps, Platform Engineering), and corresponding tools and best practices (image registries, persistent/object storage, Helm/Kustomize, container security and networking), with knowledge of enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure and application management.
-Technical leadership in task coordination, problem-solving, and team working
-Consultative Selling approach mixed with sales acumen and business insights competences
-Show vs tell (hands-on) capability, including top skills in client-facing presentation
-Fluent English (written and spoken).
